Weaving our journeys

Words over Water met for the first time in skype on Monday 29th May. The members of the group share interests in Harry Potter and Dr Who and they are also confident live performers of music or spoken word. We are looking forward to some engaging and unusual writings in the group. As it was the first time we had met in skype we created a collaborative poem titled “Our Woven Journeys”. This approach gave the group the chance to meet, get to each other, and to begin sharing written work. The group members said that they found the session fun, they enjoyed meeting everyone and writing together. They are looking forward to meeting again soon.
